1. Collection of Personal Data

In order to assess your loan eligibility and expedite loan disbursement, we require certain authorizations to access your mobile device. You may remove your personal information at any time by contacting our customer service center.

Information Collected When Using the Applicati

1.1 SMS:

Monitoring and Collection: With your consent, all SMS data will be encrypted and uploaded to the server by the application, but for privacy protection, we will filter and delete SMS data on the server. We collect SMS content from your inbox, including sender number, sender name and SMS content, this SMS data also includes your historical calendar information, but we only use financial related information and after analyzing the loans of eligible users, the information will be deleted from the server

Purpose: To identify and analyze your behavior and risk when you have multiple loans, to assess whether a loan can be processed by anti-fraud collection, by collecting and tracking detailed transactions and amounts for financial and non-personal text messages. It will be used to check the eligibility and risk assessment of the customer. Other SMS messages will not be evaluated. We analyze the user\'s text messages, verify and track their financial transactions in the dashboard, and give accurate credit limit based on their spending budget and ability to pay. This helps us identify the different bank accounts you may have, cash flow patterns, and the amount of transactions you as a user can process.

Data storage: With your consent, data will be encrypted and uploaded to our dedicated server (https://core.ezloan.ph) tvia HTTPS protocol. We do not share this data with third parties

1.2 Photo Library (Images):

We only collect images you upload during the identity verification process to verify your identity and prevent fraud. How to obtain: Select and upload the required images when filling in personal information. Image data will be uploaded to our server (https://core.ezloan.ph) through a secure connection. You can modify or delete the uploaded images at any time.

1.3 Location Information:

Used solely for fraud prevention by monitoring IP address and latitude and longitude information. Preventing fraud is critical, obtaining your location data helps us verify the authenticity of your account and the security of your transactions, thereby protecting your funds and information security. How to obtain: Allow us to access your location information. We will request location permission when using the app. You can choose "Allow only while using the app" or "Always allow". Once authorized, we will be able to access your geolocation data. Location data will be uploaded to our server (https://core.ezloan.ph) through a secure connection. You can modify or delete location data at any time.

1.4 Camera:

Allow the app to access the camera to take photos of identification documents and loan application documents. We only monitor identification documents (your ID card and a photo of you holding your ID card) and other information/documents to ensure compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer) standards.

1.5 Device (Phone):

We may analyze the device model, capacity, and unique identifier of user devices to identify its uniqueness and protect data security. We may transmit your data to our server (https://core.ezloan.ph) for storage and processing with your explicit consent or as required by law. We place great importance on your privacy and will not share your data with any third party unless we have obtained your prior permission or are required by law to do so. You can manage and revoke the information or permissions that we access at any time.

1.6 Emergency Contact Information Only:

We only collect information of your 3 emergency contacts for identity verification, risk management and anti-fraud checks. You can choose how to collect the contact information: a. Manual input; b. Auto-fill: Select 1 contact information from your address book (Note: This method can only retrieve the selected contact information in your address book, not all of your contact information). Contact data will be uploaded and stored on our server (https://core.ezloan.ph) through a secure connection. You can modify or delete the uploaded emergency contact information at any time.

1.7 Data Storage:

All collected information will be stored on Huawei Cloud servers in Ireland (https://core.ezloan.ph and will never be shared with any third party. Your privacy is our top priority.

Purpose: We will use this data to ensure that no non-Google trusted apps or virus apps are installed on your phone, as these apps may affect the security of your money

Storage, retention, and disposal of information

· ensures that the user’s information are protected by using secured servers, firewalls, encryptions and other latest security tools.

· EZLoan protects the user by allowing a complex password. It is the user’s responsibility to protect his/her account’s access information such as user ID and password as to prevent access by unauthorized parties.

· We send a verification code to the user to ascertain his/her identity before gaining access to the account.

We retain the user’s Personal Information for the following purposes outlined or up to ten (10) years:

1. Information is still necessary for our services and for a reasonable time after completion of services.

2. Information is required in order to comply with any legal and regulatory obligations.

Based on the above information, we notify you that EZLoan will directly or indirectly collect personal data of our customers and users (hereinafter referred to as "Data Subjects") through our website or our Android and/or IOS native applications (the "App"), telephone, third parties or other natural or electronic means, when you apply and provide personal data in order for EZLoan to provide loan services.

EZLoan will collect and process the following personal data about you:

a) Identity information

c) Assets data

d) Economic/financial data

e) Your purchase details

f) Your mobile phone and/or application information. This includes but is not limited to information related to your mobile service, including: (i) operator; (ii) service payments, service top-ups and/or recharges for mobile or additional services; (iii) consumption habits; (iv) mobile brand and model; and (v) applications.

g) Usage technology information, such as IP (Internet Protocol) address, previous or next visited web page information, session duration for each visit/session, and Internet device ID or access media control address.

h) We collect all your SMS data, but only monitor messages related to financial transactions. Specifically, we will monitor the sender\'s name, transaction description and transaction amount for credit risk assessment. This feature allows for faster and more dynamic loan disbursement. Personal SMS data will never be monitored, analyzed, stored or shared under any circumstances.

This data may be used to assess the inherent risks associated with your loan application, verify your identity, assess and analyze your credit situation and for statistical purposes.

EZLoan does not directly collect personal data from minors through forms, questionnaires or websites. Likewise, we notify you that EZLoan does not collect sensitive data that needs to be processed.

Our application collects information needed to process loan applications. We use this information to evaluate and manage loan accounts, prevent fraud, comply with regulations, and may send marketing communications. Your contact information can be used to contact you regarding your experience with our application, products and services.

3.About sharing data

Our sharing rules are: will not share any personally identifiable information with other parties except as described in this policy and in the Applicant Consent Form signed by the customer.

The Applicant agrees that COMPANY, directly or through its Partners, may collect,retrieve, process and use his/her personal data such as mobile number/s, mobile phone usage data,to establish whether a mobile number is currently active or inactive, to establish the period of time the mobile number has been in-service, and/or whether the phone number has been recently swapped.

The Applicant consents to the collection of his/her personal data from the Applicant her/himself, or from other personal information controllers who may seek to establish Applicant\'s mobile number or mobile phone usage data for the purpose of understanding Applicant\'s mobile use activity.

Throughout the processing of the Applicant’s personal data, his/her rights under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, such as the (1) right to be informed, (2) right to object, (3)right to access, (4) right to rectification, (5) right to erasure or blocking, and (6)right to damages, shall be upheld. Entities to whom we share your data will also respect the same rights.

4.Rights of the user

The user is entitled to the following:

In this case, the personal information controller may notify third parties who have previously received such processed personal information and be indemnified for any damages sustained due to such inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, false, unlawfully obtained or unauthorized use of personal information.

You have the right to file a complaint with the appropriate government agencies for any violation of your rights as a data subject, including the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.

Please note that there may be occasions when you wish to exercise your rights and we are unable to agree to your request (e.g., because we have compelling legitimate grounds for using or processing your information or because we need to retain your information to comply with a legal obligation).

· Transmissibility - The lawful heirs and assigns of the data subject may invoke the rights of the data subject for, which he or she is an heir or assignee at any time after the death of the data subject or when the data subject is incapacitated or incapable of exercising the rights as enumerated in the immediately preceding section.

· Data Portability - The data subject shall have the right, where personal information is processed by electronic means and in a structured and commonly used format, to obtain from the personal information controller a copy of data undergoing processing in an electronic or structured format, which is commonly used and allows for further use by the data subject. The Commission may specify the electronic format referred to above, as well as the technical standards, modalities and procedures for their transfer.

· Non-Applicability - The immediately preceding sections are not applicable if the processed personal information are used only for the needs of scientific and statistical research and, on the basis of such, no activities are carried out and no decisions are taken regarding the data subject: Provided, That the personal information shall be held under strict confidentiality and shall be used only for the declared purpose. Likewise, the immediately preceding sections are not applicable to processing of personal information gathered for the purpose of investigations in relation to any criminal, administrative or tax liabilities of a data subject.

5. Data Retention

We shall retain your Personal Data, registration and transaction records with a third-party data storage providers for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined or up to ten (10) years in adherence with the requirements of the National Privacy Commission and all other applicable laws and regulations; for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims; or for legitimate business purposes, which must be consistent with standards followed by the applicable industry.

Your Personal Data will be destroyed in irretrievable and unusable form in adherence with our physical and/or technical information security measures when retention is no longer allowed or

required. The same will be disposed or discarded in a secure manner that would prevent further processing, unauthorized access, or disclosure of your personal information to any other party or the public or prejudice the interests of the data subjects.

We reserve the right to take necessary actions if we consider that such removal or cessation would hamper our fulfillment of our obligations under applicable laws.

We shall suspend, withdraw, or order the blocking, removal or destruction of your Personal Data from our system if we become aware or reasonably suspect that the Personal Data is incomplete, outdated, false, unlawfully obtained, used for unauthorized purposes; no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, or once you withdraw consent or object to the processing, and there is no other legal ground or overriding legitimate interest for the processing.

6.Deletion of information

If you want to stop using our service and delete your EZLoan account, please send a request email to secondpayofficial88@gmail.com , we will ask you to provide your account information and related proof to verify and validate your identity; after verification, we will delete your account and related data.

7. Changes to the Privacy Notice

Each time you connect to your user profile through any available access method, read and accept this Privacy Notice, you expressly state: (i) EZloan has provided you with this Privacy Notice; (ii) You have fully read and understood its terms and scope, and therefore expressly consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with its provisions.
